This series of classes is specifically for people who have back issues.
A dedicated Dru Yoga & Pilates class for people who have back issues who want to feel good about themselves again.
With focus on core strength, releasing & strengthening muscles in the back & body with various Dru Yoga techniques of movement and breathing, getting you back on your feet and moving a little easier.
The classes consist of a 6 week block, payable up front at a cost of £40.00. This pays for the 6 classes but if you miss for any reason you cannot carry your missed class forward to the next block of session.
